-product based company -good product -good benefit.

Cons

-very very low salary as per the market, they are unable to get proper developer in that budget , so now almost all resource are coming from hcl. most of them doesnot belong to a product based company. -product is build upon legacy system..will find difficulty to switch if you are working for a longer period of time here - managers, almost all are incompetent..just they want to show their position..only bothered about task completion. they themself will not get any other job if they try outside. -will see a sense of insecurities in most of the managers. -all good people have already left..only few boot lickers are there , who will be there till company wont shutdown..as they wot get any job outside..and want to groom others..first groom yourself.
