Pros

+ Amazing people that are passionate about what they do, have high integrity, and are fun to work with + Phenomenal product that is consistently ranked in leader quadrants and has capabilities far beyond competing solutions + Great company culture + Consistent revenue growth + Supportive managers that care about enabling employees as opposed to micromanaging, flexible work hours + Hip office with views of the the Bay, San Francisco, and Mount Diablo

Cons

- R&D is based in Israel, so there is sometimes a delay with communication back and forth - There was some recent turnover due to management changes and aggressive process improvement, but everything has since stabilized in all three office locations

Pros

Everyone truly is passionate about the product, and the company - and it shows in our customers who love the product as well. The reward of knowing that you're helping make a customer's life better by using your solution makes working worthwhile. The company is a real family/team culture - all driving to a common goal. The company lives/runs the entire business on Clarizen, which is extra cool to "drink your own champagne"

Cons

Changes in management earlier in the year have rattled some of the org, which has resulted in some turnover and lack of confidence. R&D is based in Israel, so you have to get used to working with a different culture of work & communication styles.
