The new company's management are a bunch of arrogant, know-it-all people that are looking for yes-mans. Their first order of business, aside from cutbacks, was to kill and belittle everything this company has done in the last 10 years - all this without giving any new sense of direction as to where this company is headed. Employees under the new management were left to feel stupid and unappreciated, since everything they did up to here is crap. This combined with the lack of direction left little hope for things to improve. Attrition rate is going through the roof, and morale is as low as you can imagine. Management hasn't done a single thing to try and keep the good people from leaving. If anything, they gave them a good kick to make sure they don't ever want to come back.... Management hasn't come up with a single good idea / direction in almost a year, and what's funny is that the "old" product that they keep on trashing is what's keeping the company alive... but I guess not for long.
