Great people, feeling that a good changes are coming. With the new management, there are a lot of changes in process.

Cons

Company is looking for the next leap and in the mean time things are not clear. A lot of people are leaving and leave a hole in knowledge.

Company has no idea of direction Churn is outrageously high Offer equity then rescind when you accept offer Professional Services charge unbelievable hourly rate which hinders sales process

The team spirit is headed down with the latest massive leaving of people workigin this company for many years, including some of the leaders Internal politics kicked into play and it now feels anything is legit in order to promote yourself Sad to see the team spirit so quickly ruined and the lack of leading values
