Pros

They have a gym at the Lititz location if you are lucky enough to work there They hire lots of attractive people to work with They occasionally provide free food

Cons

Benefits are terrible. Vacation is non existent (unless you're a manager) Management is mostly 25 or younger with no real work experience. DISC Personality profile. Take it online. They will only pay you well if you are mostly a "D". They hate everyone else. No room to move up the company ladder. Small raises (if any) High turn over rate IT departments are paid WAY MORE than any other department

Pros

Nothing special. I would say they offer 4 day work weeks but that would be going along with their gaslighting.

Cons

Where do I start? If you like working for an employer who lies to you about having a work life balance along with a start up culture, then keep on reading. If you enjoy having metrics for everything just so that you can be micro managed at every waking turn as if you’re still in grade school, if you enjoy needing to meet inconsistent metrics that are ever changing yet constantly used to threaten your job security over, or if you enjoy metrics that are impossible to meet altogether, then this is the place for you. If you enjoy being gaslit about perks such as “4 day work weeks” just so you can work 80 hour work weeks / 7 days a week just to meet their goals anyway, then this is the place for you. If you enjoy having your title changed to something far less technical then your actual job entails just so they can knock you back to a junior level and install a multi-tier promotion system that keeps your salary from increasing “too much” in any given year (after 7 years of experience in what you do) and you think that this is a tempting combination when paired with the “impossible metrics” factor, then this is the place for you. If you enjoy team leads and managers that are the equivalent to the “teachers pet” - who overwork themselves and have no lives only to fully expect the same from you, and then frown down on you when you don’t meet those expectations - or if you love managers that project their personal lives onto you by making your life as miserable as theirs, then this is the place for you.

Company says they want honest feedback, but they really don’t. Their training program is very poorly run.
