Pros

This is a great place to work full time, but especially for internships. Your coworkers are kind, and willing to teach. I learned so much through my time there and feel more confident as I move forward into my career.

Cons

I do wish we worked on Mac's

Pros

Clark Service Group is a very diversified company servicing the food service equipment industry and we always have work. You get to work independently most of the time so no one is looking over you shoulder but you also work with a team of other techs so there is always support available if you need it. Every day presents a new challenge and it feels good when you fix a difficult problem for a customer and get their equipment working. The job is never boring or routine. As a technician you get to utilize many different skills which makes you more valuable as you learn more about the equipment you work on. We work from home so we get a company vehicle which is nice.

Cons

We provide 24/7 emergency service so we are required to be "on-call" on a rotating basis but it's manageable. Sometimes we get really busy, especially when the weather changes drastically so we do work a lot of overtime during these periods but we are compensated pretty well so it does pay off.
