Pros

Lots of room to grow because their turnover is ridiculously high. They're desperate for management in an insanely quickly growing company. No experience? No problem. Clark "prefers people with no experience so they can brainwash them" - and that came directly out of the mouth of one of the VPs there.

Cons

Ever hear of the term "bait & switch?" This company follows the bible. They will lure you in with a fancy title, and you will soon find the work you're doing has nothing to do with it. Don't be surprised if you're randomly demoted one day. You will leave this company with ZERO confidence and feel like you're capable of nothing, because that's what you are told day in a day out. Overall, this company has poor management technique and does not value their employees one bit. Occasionally they will buy beers and pass them around the office to everyone, but that's just a sad attempt to decrease their turnover.

A Quickly Growing, Successful Company

Pros

This is a quickly growing, hugely successful company. The work environment and employees are top notch. New facilities are constantly being built and existing ones are being improved/remodeled. There is good reason for them growing from a small company to an industry leader. Innovation, efficiency and technology are embraced. Much effort is devoted to training employees to become experts in their field. Management is open to suggestions and concerns. Along with growth comes opportunity. Bring a positive attitude and a strong work ethic and you will succeed. This is a hugely successful company that I am proud to be a part of.

Cons

You must be a team player and remain open to change. The company is growing quickly, so change is frequent. Expect to be required to prove yourself, so be patient.

Pros

Free food sometimes. Nothing else.

Cons

I've been following the Clark Associates Glassdoor page for a while and always notice a steady stream of negative reviews. If you look closely, you'll see that there were 5 very generic, positive reviews all posted within two days of each-other. Management noticed all the bad reviews they were getting and told the few "veteran" employees to post positive reviews to make the company look better on Glassdoor. Do not use these if you are considering applying to Clark! They are 100% fabricated by a group of managers that aren't fit to manage anyone. This is one of the worst companies a college graduate can work. Management at this company is full of the most conniving, back-stabbing, and ill-fit managers I have ever had the misfortune to work with. The fact that they have to cover up bad reviews with fake good reviews should tell you all you need to know about the quality of this company. If you are a new college grad, avoid this company like the plague. The reason you see so many postings about Clark on job-boards in Lancaster isn't because they are growing, it's because of incredibly high turn over due to a horrible work environment.
