Pros
All members of upper management operate on an open door policy, and do not act like they are superiors. Everyone including the CEO is always available for the employees. It's a true family atmosphere, and the other technicians are always available if you need help. With Zero pushing and allowing the technicians to work one job at a time, the stress levels are the lowest I've ever seen working in this trade. This is truly a Diamond in the rough when considering other emoyers on the market.
Cons
So far, I have not found any reason to not be happy with Clark Service Group. If one has a problem, there are many outlets to alleviate the situation and move on. So, zero cons.
