      Good company to start. You can get expose to many opportunities to learn in different areas of construction.

      Cons

      - You will be stock in the middle of your profesional path with no room to grow . - salary is way below market and compare with other companies not much benefits with company car and gas expense.

      Very corporate, business model is solid, plenty of work. Teams depend on specialists within the company and therefore it's easy to be pigeonholed into a specific aspect of the industry instead of becoming a well-rounded employee. Leadership purports to be progressive and inclusive, but it ended up being just another "good ol' boys" club.
