      Clark has high expectations for their younger employees, which allows them to get a significant amount of responsibility and experience starting day 1.

      They really want you to get actual valuable experience at Clark. They are not trying to push Clark down your throat and really want you to succeed in whatever path you take. They are open to working with what you would like to do and give substantial tasks.

      Got lots of experience and worked with some great people. Got to see many different aspects of construction.

      Cons

      Clark is a very large firm and it seemed easy to get lost in it.
