Clark Construction Group reviews

It's easy to get pigeon-holed in a monotonous task (i.e. document control) for a long project. Growth potential can be really limited. Although it's a large company, once you're placed on a project site you will only be interacting with a few people. Clark is notorious for understaffing and over-working their employees. They also hire the best-and-brightest out of school, often times regardless of undergraduate experience (I once interned with an east asian studies major from Princeton), with the intention of teaching them the "Clark Way" and then burning them out.

Horrible local leadership, management by fear, grueling long hours, no work/life balance, no long term career paths for the young ones. You go in different directions every hour, not sure if your going in the right one.....
