      Pros

      Opportunity to learn a lot, very fast. Apparent that there is plenty of upside for your career. Large diverse company with something for everyone.

      Cons

      No matter how capable or smart you may be you still need to put your time in to prove yourself to upper management. Learn the ropes. Recognizing advanced degrees for entry level positions not the best.

      Pros

      Although an arduous process, the end results remain tangible and impressive. Much good comes from the efforts of many.

      Cons

      Management does a poor job of actually managing its people. Those in the office do not have a good complrehension of what occurs in the field. Field personnel are often not on thier sites managing their jobs. If superintendents had to punch a time clock, they'd be broke!
