      Pros

      Fantastic people--intelligent, personable, young, passionate. Lots of opportunity based completely on performance and quality of work. Very stable company. Leadership is very strategic in how they choose projects and prepare for the future.

      Cons

      Not enough staff to handle work load on job sites and in corporate departments. Only 2 weeks vacation for your first 5 years, then 3 weeks until 15 years. Salary slightly less than industry average. Male dominated (as are most construction companies).

      Pros

      Lots of flexibility and opportunity when you show you can do the work and let management know what you're interested in doing. Typically Clark does really big, challenging projects.

      Cons

      Not too many small / quick projects.
