      Pros

      A quality organization that builds large projects, takes care of their employees and is concerned about repeat clients by being sensative to their budget constraints and timelines.

      Cons

      They work all over the country and expect their employees to move around all over the country as well to follow the work. They expect 60 hour work weeks and pay little attention to vested performance by new employees.

      You will get a lot of experience working with Clark because they will just throw you in the middle of it sink or swim style

      Cons

      Unreasonable expectations for what is expected from new hires. Very little oversight and mentor ship. It's all about the bottom line and this company has clearly crunches the numbers that it's cheaper to hire more people and take advantage of the fact they are salaried and work them till exhaustion. It's a cycle with a high turnover rate and lots of new hires. It's unlikely you will do any real engineering just manage change orders and oversee mundane paperwork
