      There were really no positives

      Cons

      Long hours, horrible, demanding and unhelpful leadership, lack of resources, training was non existent, unwelcoming work environment, shouldve gotten paid way more for what I endured

      Pros

      Job security. You will feel like you are working for government/Union.

      Cons

      Conservative company. Long hours. No rewards to hard working employees. Generalizes outstanding performers with low performers. Very young senior managers who don’t know what to do. Upper management do not keep their word/ promises. I can go on and on. In a nutshell I would say if you have another offer along with this then go for that company. Mark my words you won’t regret it.

      Upper management is extremely out of touch with the needs and desires of employees Decisions often feel like they are made without considering the lives of employees Atmosphere feels very much like an "old boys club" despite what you may see on social media Work life balance
