      - Feel challenged every day - Massive environment with a lot to learn - Every day is different - Employee appreciation and recognition is very real - The caliber of people that work at Clark are outstanding - Lots of opportunities to interact with other departments and socialize - Everyone has an infectious positive attitude - Corporate focus on community service is very real

      - No downsides. This has turned into a dream job for me.

      There are a ton of positives from working at Clark. 1. The Clark Team - the people you work daily with are usually intelligent, standup people. 2. The leadership is genuinely interested in what you want to accomplish and helping you get there 3. The opportunity to grow professionally is high. The responsibility that is available to jump on is vast. 4. Clark builds the best projects in our respective locations (DC, Chicago, SoCAL, Seattle, etc)

      Cons

      1. Working in construction, the hours are generally early and 8+ 2. Work can feel very stressful at times when the project is peaking
