      If you are good at your job, they constantly put more and more load on you till you break. You're also supposed to make up for your coworker's incompetence while they are left with little responsibility

The culture is merit based allowing individuals tremendous growth potential with significant and growing investment by Clark in continuing education and professional development. Clark is a privately owned company that feels small while building on a large scale nationally.
