      - surrounded by incredibly smart and interesting people - working on site at amazing, state of the art projects (if your first isn’t, you’ll have a choice on the next) - competitive pay, great benefits (401k contribution and matching) - early starts but early releases, very manageable hours - upper management is usually in sync with operations level, minimal corporate bs

      - worksite amenities can vary site to site - training and onboarding could be a little more organized and cohesive to the project team - need to advocate for yourself if you want promotions / major pay bumps
