      Pros

      People at the bottom & at middle management. Company training resources. Field personnel.

      Cons

      Upper management. It’s collectively owned and that breeds a protective/irrational decision making hierarchy that is mostly focused on saving face while generating the largest project bonuses for themselves at the expense of the common man.

      Good company to start. You can get expose to many opportunities to learn in different areas of construction.

      Cons

      - You will be stock in the middle of your profesional path with no room to grow . - salary is way below market and compare with other companies not much benefits with company car and gas expense.

      Lack of accountability for poor management. Does not know how to respond to racial discrimination. Over work and sometimes under pay. A boys club.
