      The people are great. Get to work with smart people. 401k match and other benefits.

      Cons

      There is constant change. However, it is needed to stay competitive.

      You're right, things rust...things become stagnant when you stand still. Sometimes it's "buckle up and hold on" but I'll take that over stagnation!
