We use at least three national, reputable compensation sources to regularly evaluate our compensation benchmarks and stay up to date on industry standards, along with performance evaluations to compensate our associates appropriately. Our people managers do collaborate with our human resources and operations teams to ensure adjustments are made appropriately once per year (at the end the end of the fiscal year).
