      Pros

      You can learn your trade as at any other firm. It's not unique in this regard.

      Cons

      The company position itself as caring for the employees. In reality they can fire you at any time without any good reason, without any explanations and will yell at you at the end as if you are piece of nothing. It is very disgraceful, wrong and nonprofessional. Besides, it's deceiving as well, since they try to present their firm as the one where all people are treated good and well cared for. In actuality it is not. So, beware of this. There are a lot of good companies there which truly care about people and treat their employees with dignity and respect. They care only about their profit, not people. They look at the people there not as the people but as on the tools to get their profit!

      Some shareholders can seem absent at times; tight staffing can cause challenges (not necessarily firm's fault)
