      Pros

      The only pro to this job I can think of is obtaining employment with the company. As long as you have a high school diploma, are at least 18, have a valid driver's license and a clean criminal record, you're pretty much hired.

      Cons

      We are constantly understaffed, the pay is not consummate with what we do and limited job growth within the company are a few of the cons.

      Good place to start as a mental health practitioner

      Pros

      PCS is a good place to start working as a mental health practitioners. They care to provide care to children and their families in an ethical and compassionate way. I had very good supervision in my year there.

      Cons

      Opportunities for training are present but limited. Advancement of career seems possible but difficult. Some experienced productivity pressure.
