      Pros

      Some technically challenging projects, if you get on the right team.

      Cons

      People don’t leave companies, they leave managers, right? Well sometimes they leave because of their managers AND because of the company culture that allows incompetent managers to flourish, despite some seriously not okay behaviors that are exhibited. All while patting themselves on the back for being SUCH an INCLUSIVE company. *hard eye roll*

      Pros

      The people who work here are some of the smartest in the industry. They're passionate and invested in the company, but everyone is also down to earth and focused on collaboration and diversity of ideas. The people who work here are a huge reason the company is so successful and why it's such an enjoyable place to work. The office offers a great atmosphere and the mission of the company is meaningful.

      Cons

      Some transitional growing pains that often accompany fast-growth companies. Everything can seem very fast paced so it helps to be self-motivated and proactive!
