      Pros

      Smart, innovative, hungry people Incredibly smart and qualified senior management, highly willing to mentor and engage with employees of all levels. Ability to challenge people above and below you on ideas to make sure the intellectually superior solution is reached. Daytime workouts not just permitted but encouraged, so long as you get your work done

      Cons

      You need to ask for opportunities; they are not served to you. I read other reviews that say this company pushes people down. I wholeheartedly disagree with that, and rather think the company simply asks you to take initiative.

      Pros

      Flexible work environment, very cool company and mission, perks like wearing workout gear to work, free ClassPass, and lots of snacks

      Cons

      ClassPass doesn't do the best job of identifying talents in their employees and rewarding them accordingly. Not a lot of movement and growth opportunities.

      Pros

      - Thoughtful management who balance the craziness of a fast growing company and the internal growth needs of a company that is adding so many people so quickly - Excellent positive culture that values it's people - Successful company with product that you can stand behind - Competitive salary means competitive unlike a lot of startups that pay you the least amount possible.

      Cons

      The cons are more like challenges any fast company faces: ClassPass expects a lot out of itself and thus it's employees. We're all trying to pitch in together to make it the standard brand.
