It's a great culture here. They want everyone to succeed in and out of work. I really do appreciate getting a job like this in Missoula, MT.

Cons

The cons are just part of any sales job and the learning curve is a challenge. They give you every opportunity to succeed here, it's just a matter of getting enough production

Amazing culture (everyone in the office is incredibly friendly and willing to help), great benefits, generous PTO, 200 credits to ClassPass. Although it is expected that you work the majority of the time in the office, there is flexibility if for some reason you need to work from home.

Cons

It is incredibly quiet in the office and often times hard to get meeting rooms. It is not super comfortable to take calls/meetings in the open.
