Pros

Team is okay I guess. Not much pros. You get a cubicle. Management is fine. Interview was very easy.

Cons

Team is okay I guess. Some team members on this particular team are definitely very side eyesies like they won't give out honest response. The location of the work place is just okay too. Get used to working next to loudness. One team member on the team was very friendly to get along with, but everyone has their own agenda. Didn't say the last senior employee that was supposed to help was going to to shifting elsewhere, so you may be left on your own to do everything with no documentation or help. The team themselves don't know what's going on sometimes. Can see why the last senior left the team.

Pros

If you love travel, this is a phenomenal place to work for. You learn so much. My colleagues and management staff made it easy to communicate and work with. Great benefits.

Cons

Pay structure is not fair, for all the work that you do on a daily bases. Yes it sales, but not worth the hourly rate if you don’t meet your sales goal. This is not hard sales, just the luck of the draw. Things consistently changing with short notice.
