      Pros

      Nice colleagues though a lot of them sound run down half the time because they are overworked and underpaid.

      Cons

      Disguised as a sales job this job is moreover a customer service job that you are literally paid almost nothing for. As time goes on you just get more and more work and less and less pay. The company is transitioning to an online booking system and a lot of your calls are helping advisors navigate all the changes happening and not making sales. Classic has very corporate expectations and rules but do not pay like a corporation. You'll make more money working at a gas station!

      none, I cant think of anything positive. Maybe the opportunity of getting a small discount on travel plans

      - Horrible management - Incompetent HR rep - A high school click like environment, where there is a fraternity type atmosphere.

      Pros

      Easy laid-back job. Average tenure 8 yrs +. Almost impossible to be fired outside of covid. Travel opportunities. Good benefits (atleast before expedia sold the company).

      Cons

      Management is missing in action. Business feels complacent and most employees are meh. seems like people are completely checked out.
