Pros

Amazing opportunities to explore the world, great sales opportunities with knowledge Co workers and travel agent customers that are passionate about sales and travel, and friendly high spirited work environment that is constantly evolving and growing.

Cons

Not for the person who doesn't like to challenge themselves to reach sales goals or person who has difficulty multi tasking in fast paced call center environment.

Pros

What an amazing company to work for! So much opportunity for growth. I love working for a company that truly strives and is very well known to be the most knowledgeable reservation staff in the travel industry. Classic Vacations is known for the best luxury service for the best luxury travel. The best part of my job is to know I get to send people on their dream vacations! Classic has the best benefits especially for travel.

Cons

Due to seniority within the company (average 8 years in reservations) It can get difficult to get PTO time off. Suggestion is to know your dates and ask way in advance as well as save your PTO...DON'T call in sick.

Pros

It is a very interesting in the interview process. You are sold a Mercedes and realize once you are there it is really a Pinto or Yugo. Don't let the surroundings fool you when you walk in. Make sure you understand the compensation structure because pizza makers tossing dough in the air make more money than Travel Sales Consultant t in the first year. Be watchful off your lunch because they get stolen from the refrigerators due of the low wages. A few great employees and others who are trapped in this job because limited skills.

Cons

Very Fast paced and robotic and repeative work environment. Do not call in sick unless you have a doctors note or your employment will be terminated. It will cost you more to see the doctor than you will make in day or two in this company. A few unprofessional supervisors who you will question how they ever got into the role.
