Pros

Opportunities to travel for site inspections are offered (2 - 3 trips /year for approx. 7 employees out of the 100+ that work in the office) but it's highly selective and the criteria that management bases their decision on is not clear (or necessarily fair).

Cons

Not a lot of opportunity for growth. Upper management has been around for years and aren't going anywhere. It's a call center so you never leave your desk. Benefits are OK - worse since Expedia "forced" Classic to drop Kaiser. They underpay grossly for the amount of time and energy employees put in.
