Not that great..

Pros

There are opportunities to learn new things and take on interesting projects if you express an interest. Hours are very flexible - people come in at 9, and leave by 6.

Cons

No proper training for employees. I felt like I had to feel around in the dark and learn on my own. People are pretty lazy and some are unprofessional. Also - the location is horrible. Literally out of nowhere. There's nothing around.

Pros

Lots to learn, great coaching, amazing benefits packages, fun travel opportunities and over all a fun and casual place to work.

Cons

Management has worked here for Years, so if you want to move into upper management, opportunities do not come up often. This can be seen as good or bad.
