Nepotism is rampant, particulary among families who have been with company for years If the wrong person doesn't like you, your life can be miserable No real consideration on difference's in cost of living between locations with regards to salary Overwork people to the point of burnout and just replace them with more people who then get burnt out No HR so managers and executives can treat people poorly with no repercussions Diversity of all types is laughable, especially in real decision making positions Pushed people into coming back into office to justify cost of buildings and not what is best for morale, productivity, and retention No opprotunities for advancement if you don't want to suck up to upper management

Too much micromanagement, out of date practices trying to catch up to other Construction firms, Long hours "more than normal", travel field personnel gets hardly any time with their family, untrustworthy people in cooperate office and in the field!!! Also not that many minorities or woman work in the field!!!!
