      get to work with really nice people office is really open and one of a kind

      temper problems with management cause knee jerk reactions that end up really hurting the company Benefits are just average

      There are times that to meet deadlines, we all have to go the extra mile and commit more time to getting the job done. The pace often ebbs and flows due to where we are in the building process, but work/life balance is always a priority.

      Flexibility, decent benefits, some addional perks not offered at a lot of companies

      No communication between managers and employees. In certain departments the bad employees get treated better the hard working ones. It feels as if I work at a Kindercare, not in a professional office. A lot of hypocricy
