They don’t care about COVID or women

Some people you connect with can be really positive and helpful. Good insurance.

Cons

The company doesn’t care about their employees. I am classified as long term COVID. I had doctors notes to prove it. I had an order to work part time. I was told it was fine. I volunteered to use up my sick time. I was told by my manager I need to be working 50-60 hours a week and 6 days if I couldn’t do it in 5. When i reminded him of my note, he vented about the workload. I’ve seen many ladies cry in the bathroom because of the way they are treated. It’s terrible.

We have taken the COVID pandemic serious since the beginning, and we will continue to do so. Clayco has experienced a tremendous growth, and we could not have done it without the hard work and dedication of our team members. In turn, Clayco always remembers and takes care of their people. Through adversity, great people thrive. A full, honest work week will always be the expectation to fulfill our commitment to our teammates and clients. We have many programs to support and elevate women to executive levels by treating every one equal and rewarding the high performers.
