Pros

Great work environment with proper balance between work load and family life. Top professionals allow you to work side by side making a great learning experience. Multitude of different professionals working at same building as a real team for the benefit of our clients / projects.

Cons

Not a real cons. but you need to be aware that you will not always work from same location when on operations. Some prefer to stay local so you need to choose a different area within the company. I love working from job sites seeing all come together so such is a Pros. for me.

Pros

The majority of the employees (outside of the non-revenue-generating overhead departments) seem happy. The pay is good, the benefits are great, some of the perks are uniquely excellent, and there is no shortage of smart, respectable, friendly colleagues to socialize and collaborate with every day. In general, Clayco is a great place to work.

Cons

The IT department at Clayco, specifically, is a great place to work too, assuming you’ve ever watched an episode of The Handmaid's Tale and said to yourself, “Gilead has the kind of corporate culture I’ve been searching for my entire life; sign me up!” The CIO is a former high-ranking official at Follett Corporation, from which she departed unceremoniously, with an outrageously low approval-rating, as evidenced by her Glassdoor reviews during her tenure. Shunned from the private sector, she resorted to government employment, the undisputed cradle of creativity and technological innovation. Through a political connection, she became the CIO of Cook County, Illinois, where she earned exclusively negative (and some outright scathing) reviews on Glassdoor. She brought her utter incompetence and flair for unprofessionalism to Clayco last year, when she rudely burst onto the scene in the most unwelcome, uncouth, and unapologetic manner imaginable. She has directly encouraged the resignation of more Clayco IT personnel than she can possibly count on both hands and feet, so she has stopped counting, due to her inability to perform four-function arithmetic with numbers higher than twenty.

Pros

Clayco offers above average salaries and benefits. The company takes great care of employees that have to travel. Mobility within the company is fast tracked; performance based promotions. Many opportunities to grow and become a Project Manager at a fast pace. Make sure you are willing to learn and work hard. Upper management is very supportive.

Cons

If you are a person that needs direction in everything you do, it might be overwhelming.
