Pros

I met alot of good friends that I still have today.

Cons

This place waits to pounce on you the first sign of getting old, and having a few days off to take care of health. Years of service with this company do not matter, and first sign of you going to be old and decrepid, they will disintegrate you.

Pros

Solid experience gained from working within the manufacturing industry, but beyond that everything else is VERY poor.

Cons

In short, DO NOT take a job with this company unless you are desperate for employment or are trying to gain sales experience in order to move to a better organization. This company only has success because of the lack of competition in the space in which it competes. - Shortsighted Management - Under-Educated Management (Serious Absence of Business Acumen) - Questionable Ethics by Management At All Levels (Lying, Empty Promises, Lack of Integrity) - Culture of Micromanagement (GPS Tracking in Vehicles, Scorecard Metric Focus) - Ever Changing Compensation Plans (No Continuity in Compensation)

Pros

A large established company; there is no fear of it going away or folding. Never a dull moment, always much work and many projects. Constant challenges.

Cons

Employees are not valued. Work environment is emotionally charged and negative; morale is low. Constant pressure to do more with less and without increase to comp or benefits. Employees are cut at the first sign of reduced company profits or at will for no good reason at all. No training or advancement opps and no clearly defined advancement paths are provided. Deadlines are set without consideration of workload, project requirements or staffing resource limitations.
