      Pros

      The customers. Also the ability to manage your own route and get away from the less than mediocre management.

      Cons

      Management always ready to sell you out. Hard work always overlooked and unappreciated. Come in with big numbers and they ask why you didn't do more. Never a thank you. Management has a motto "I don't care how you get it (revenue), just get it"... meaning, screw your customer, just being in big money.

      Pros

      Not one - the company is led by militant, delusional, self serving, uneducated back stabbers. If you are not part of the "good ole boy network," or god forbid you say something negative about one of the executives, you may as well give two weeks notice - they will fire you for your opinion. If they ask for it, they will give it to you.

      Cons

      Not one leader there - awful, misguided leadership. I would not work there if you paid me $500K per year, and gave me a 30 hour work week.

      Pros

      money is ok if your willing to work ungodly hours like 60-72-80 hour a week. with your schedule changing all the time from days to nights.

      Cons

      gone 16 hours a day 6 days a week to get paid, work every holiday. no family time what so ever!
