      Pros

      Strong, stable company that is a leader in their industry. Middle of the road benefits package

      Cons

      As long as you can accept that you are just a cog in the machine you will be okay. Very top down company that isn't very loyal to employees. May go years and never get a raise. Very cheap company.

      Pros

      Very good work experience in the field. Good entry job and great resume builder. Good boss, good people. Responsibilities.

      Cons

      Low pay. Job is very physical at times and can be pretty dirty. Clean harbors doesn’t care about its employees, not even the long term lifetime employees. No raises. Cut 401k match. If anything, things get worse not better the longer you are there.

      We are using ETP's (Employee Touch Points) to hear what is important to our employees. We have implemented many ideas that started in an ETP.

      a job in a pinch if you need one

      Cons

      Worst ran company I have ever seen. Sr leadership talk a big game, but so not impressed with how the business is actually ran. The CEO is so out of touch with what is going on. After 2 months of employment, I am being let go due to downturn in the economy. Hello! You didn't see this coming 2 months ago. Very disappointed.
