      Unrealistic !!

      Pros

      It’s a job. Didn’t feel that way until Lube was introduced. Unrealistic wants from company.

      Cons

      Constant pay reduction. Constant ways to eliminate your pay More work less pay. Not even same pay but less. Unrealistic goals to obtain with introduction of lube. With no major advertisement. People do not care if it’s a HQ oil. It’s too expensive for a new product in a saturated market.

      A company that doesn't care for the little people

      Pros

      Casual attire, comfortable work setting, flexibility, vacation, sick time and personal time

      Cons

      Raises "frozen", company policy restricts holiday parties to only $25 per employee, not including employees spouses. No incentive but lots of work dumped on to you. Company is more interested in making money and buying other companies than taking care of their employees.

      Not really any Pros other than relationships built in the field and the opportunity to network when you go to various companies

      Cons

      Constantly re-organizing or re-structuring. Can't seem to get it right. Cold company to work for far from employee oriented. Terrible benefits, no 401K matching, they just keep taking away from their employees.
