Pay is weekly and on time, pretty much sums up the job.

Cons

Travel, you cannot have a life outside of work Management does not have your back in anything You cannot trust your coworkers You will be pulled from a job without notice Either to many hours or not enough, work is not steady.

Pros

Professional environment, up to date training, latest equipment and they will give you the right tools to perform the job, management will listen to your suggestions and work with you on any issues that may be causing job from being finished.

Cons

Too much paperwork, moving heavy barrels, too much work for little pay, I basically have to constantly wear different hats for my job for example I have to load heavy barrels into my box truck and deal with a lot of paperwork, make sure that the labeling on the barrels are correct, make sure that the permits and placards are on point, sometimes deal with pesky customers, travel 8-10 hours daily, and to top it off at the end of the day offload all the heavy barrels I pick up with more paperwork post trip and ND get ready for the next day by loading your supplies...😒

Pros

Constantly hiring and advertising new positions Provide training for OSHA certification 401k benefits Minimal qualifications for employment eligibility

Cons

Hiring process, on average, takes 3 months! Systemic inefficiency and incompetence throughout all levels of company Have a bad habit of getting rid of people by kicking them upstairs Job Training is completely insufficient and the highest contributing factor to their failure as a company along with huge dissonance between their sales pitch to clients, and the reality Lots of upheaval within the company after terrible deal with the purchase of Safety Kleen - lots of reorganization, and cutting of "unnecessary" jobs (anything that isnt billable to a customer) If you want to find a company where you can work hard, be proud of what you do and move up the ladder, then KEEP LOOKING The only way you can get a promotion is if you stab someone in the back, or the management hates you so much they'll do it just to get rid of you If you're smart and hard-working, there is very little reward for iyou here - only more BS If you're dumb.....Welcome to Da Habahs, ked
