Your Managers or Directors are not qualified for their positions in the first place, It is a total comedy skit to see these guys try to run a Branch or Branches. They are completely out of touch with reality , They do not care about you or your concerns. The whole group of top executives and Managers are Corrupt and Very Dishonest.One covers for the other because it is a good ole boy club. Any issues you bring up such as Safety or a complaint about your Manager will be overlooked by his boss. If you like Being stabbed in the back when a real concern comes up, then this might be the company for you. A Bunch of Totally dishonest People left to run amok and get away with it all. The CEO Allan never monitors or cares for that matter that employees are leaving in record numbers. Beware of this company !
