Pros
My peers are great and care a lot about doing their best. My direct manager acknowledges that things above him is a significant work in progress.
Cons
The people creating the strategy at the company demonstrate zero interest in their employees. I am sure they feel great about employing 13,000+ people but when they don't give raises for multiple years running, have a terrible benefit package, and continue to over complicate every process employees need to do their jobs it demonstrates the priority is not the employee. Words are a lot different then actions. The company is also going to have a big problem when the old guard and all their intellectual knowledge leaves and everyone left has no documentation and idea how business is done.
