There’s a noticeable lack of empathy and respect for workers No Work-Life Balance: Employees are overworked with constant demands to stay late or work weekends, making it nearly impossible to have a personal life. Office Politics: Promotions and recognition are more about who you know than what you achieve. Favoritism and cliques dominate the workplace. Toxic Work Environment: The culture is demoralizing, with frequent backstabbing, blame-shifting, and a general lack of trust among teams. Micromanagement: Managers insist on controlling every minor detail, leaving no room for creativity or independent problem-solving. This creates unnecessary stress and frustration for employees.
