      Pros

      The people at the branch level.

      Cons

      Pretty much everything.. Sales managers that have never been in sales. They only care about CRM Scorecard so they look good to upper management. Under paid for what you do. Management only care about how they look.. No pay increases in 12 years. Your job is constantly threated. Company pushes parts washers even though it is a dying part of company. Now that clean harbors has taken over things are worse. Sales have to been in at 7 am same as drivers. Drivers leave around 2:30 and when sales leave at 4:30 it is an issue. Then sales is told the drivers are to busy to get work done even though they leave early.

      Pros

      Customers...they are what makes this job worthwhile. Benefits...excellent! Freedom to run your route as you see fit...just as long as all the work scheduled for the week is completed by Friday. Compensation...the sky is the limit as far as commissions are concerned.

      Cons

      Top-heavy management...too many managers performing the same job. Focus on "numbers" at the customer's expense... Long hours (11-12 hours per day) with little appreciation...it's just what is expected. If you don't sell you can't move up in the company...hard workers need not apply. Somebody always needs to be at fault if something goes wrong...could be an Act of God but does not matter - somebody will be at fault.
