Pros

Monday - Friday work schedule. Good pay and benefits.

Cons

You work 13 hour days and that's never enough. Everyone is unhappy and overwhelmed at all times. Upper management blames you for everything. It was a horrible experience.

Family-owned.Big enough to handle the largest multi-location customers and small enough to treat the smaller accounts with proper care. Super benefits, fair pay. Promotion from within is strong in this company, and loyalty to long term employees is evident every day

Cons

Hours can bleed over into regular life but nobody is forcing people to work there
