Good pay, good hours, and above average product based upon industry experience. Route sales people are treated more like contractors than employees, which gives us a lot more freedom than most companies.

Cons

Unpaid bonuses that are promised. Go bonuses met and not paid for. Do not listen to route sales people when they have ideas or suggestions for
