General managers are openly sexist. But get numbers and so it’s overlooked. This is not a company that accepts or values women.

No work and home balance… working to many hours

Day shift hours good benefits

Cons

You are always told that you aren’t a team player if you don’t work more than 10 hours a day. There is no balance to work and home life. Management could care less what you have going on outside of work. You can’t make plans to do anything because at the last minute you are required to work overtime. You are supposed to have weekends off but there have been more Saturdays worked then off.

They train you for 2 days and leave you to figure everything out on your own. Managers don't answer their phones A struggle to get any type of sample or support. Very high sales goals that have to be met otherwise you are terminated. Not many people reach these goals.
