Not much. The businesses was doing well earlier but then shrunk by 50% via layoffs when interest rates rose.

Cons

They hired a lot of good people and then let them go. Leadership didn't follow its own "good people" core value during the process.

Good pay, work is fun and interesting. Cool coworkers, great training.

Cons

Lots of overtime. If you are hire to work any weekend days, it next to impossible get a Monday-Friday and they will hire new employees and give them Monday- Friday over the top of you time and time again. Had to quit because I had no life, no weekends with my husband and kids. Don’t take a shift you aren’t prepared to stay will indefinitely. Managers love promoting friends in their clique, not the most qualified candidates.
