The best work environment I have ever experienced (and I have a lot of experience) A leadership team that says what it does and does what it says A clear vision of what we do, what role we play and the opportunity to grow great benefits Unlimited free coffee and tea!

Cons

Drive to work if you live outside of Truckee...especially in Winter.

Pros

It has a great atmosphere with no cubicles in sight. The people are all very friendly and easy to work with. The company is very profitable and stable with a bright future. It is a great place to learn a lot in a short time.

Cons

The benefits are poor...but I was not surprised for being such a small company. The company is very inflexible with work hours which is tough since most people commute a significant distance to go to work. Difficult commute to work.
