Pros

Pay was good, Snow in Truckee was fun, I liked hiking on my lunch hour.

Cons

Uncaring rude management. For some reason they hire people with good skill and knowledge, but when you give your opinion and reasons for doing something the right way, they don't take the advice. When they Hire you they talk about "pow pow days" (snow days), but take heed you'll never get one if you work there. The Raises/Reviews were always with out fail 6 months or more late. Quite simply management will lie to you, and then lie again to cover up the first lie.

Pros

100% individual paid healthcare benefits - family care benefits are very pricey! 401k plan which matches up to 5% - but you must stay at the company until it fully vests to reap the benefits of the vesting.

Cons

TONS of mandatory overtime! Arrogant, disrespectful management. Assembly-line work which appears could be automated with a simple computer program.

Pros

Free coffee and tea Great location great group of people (the rank and file and 1st line management) decent benefits Beats working at a fast food place (barely) Loose hiring standards, makes a great placeholder

Cons

A whole new meaning to Micromanagement....they even have a Lumberg... Poor pay....raise reviews are typically 6 months or more late (for the extra 50 cents) Poor training, no communication, a BPO mill (just think TPO reports) Senior management frowns upon team activities to build cohesiveness Senior Management tells you they built the company to be the opposite of Office Space, they created Office Space 2. Forced overtime (if you don't do it you can get canned at worst, counted against you in reviews at best) Did I mention micromanagement?
